Refund Policy for Branding Bharat (Services)

At Branding Bharat, we dedicate significant time and resources to researching, strategizing, and executing custom digital marketing campaigns.

Because our services involve manual labour and non-recoverable costs (such as ad spend and software subscriptions), we adhere to the following policy:

Service Fees: All monthly retainer fees and project deposits are non-refundable. Once work has commenced (onboarding, strategy development, or content creation), the resources allocated cannot be recovered.

Ad Spend: Any budget allocated directly to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is managed by those platforms and is subject to their specific refund terms. Branding Bharat cannot refund ad spend once it has been consumed by the platform.

Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service by providing a 30-day written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days within the final month.

Exceptional Circumstances: If a technical error occurs where a client is double-billed, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-Books)

We want you to be completely satisfied with the marketing insights provided in our Marketing E-Book for Makeup Artists. If you feel the material does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward "Satisfaction Guarantee" to ensure a risk-free purchase.

7-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the email address used for purchase and a brief explanation of why the content did not meet your needs (this helps us improve our future editions!).

Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Abuse of Policy: Branding Bharat reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who demonstrate a pattern of "serial refunding" or who have downloaded the material and requested a refund without a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

Subsequent Updates: Please note that if you receive a refund, you will lose access to any future updates or revised versions of the e-book.
